Yes, the cottage is heated by adjustable radiators, and the bathroom also has a heated floor. In the living room, there is a small but very powerful wood stove that you can light yourself, but it’s mostly used to create a cozy atmosphere than out of necessity. Modern technologies make it possible to reduce heat loss in the cottage despite the glass walls.

It is possible to check in after 15:00; check-out is before 11:00.

Please let us know if you need to check in earlier. We always try our best to accommodate you, if possible. You can always leave your things with us, have tea, stroll around the area, see the museum, relax in the living room, or sit on the veranda before you check in.

Late check-out from your cottage is paid as a half-day. If you vacate your cottage, your luggage may be left in a special storage room for no additional cost.

No. Guests staying in the cottages have a choice: to cook on their own, or come to the Terem for breakfast, lunch, and dinnerfor an additional fee. If you would like to dine in the Terem, please let us know no later than the evening before. We can also arrange a festive banquet, gather food for picnics, and snacks for the road.

Yes, the kitchen in the cottage is equipped with a cooktop, all the necessary dishes and cutlery, and a refrigerator. There is a wood-fired grill nearby.

A child’s cot can be placed in this cottage for a separate charge, but not an extra bed for an adult.

But we ask that you don’t take your pet into the Terem.

If you order breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the Terem, please eat only in those rooms of the Terem where our staff serves you. If you wish, you can be served in the common room, in the living room, on the veranda, or in the bay window; for this, you will need to ask the maids, and they will organize everything.

Candles may only be lit where they are and should not be left unattended.

Smoking is not permitted indoors, and, naturally, do not smoke near the Terem (this is very important!). There are comfortable and safe places for smoking, just ask any of the staff and they can show them to you.

Also, although this is not usual for hotels, it is not permitted to enter the Terem with street shoes. You can either use slippers or bring your own house shoes with you.

We require a prepayment of 50% in order to book a cottage. It is fully refundable if you cancel your booking more than two weeks before your trip. If you cancel less than two weeks before your trip, we retain the amount of the prepayment towards your rebooking for other dates (immediately or in the future).
