This room has two single beds and is located on the second floor of the Terem. The windows face south with views towards the pond and the orchard. Perhaps this was the bedroom of M. S. Sazonov, the Terem’s owner, since in addition to the usual door, it has a mysterious narrow door to the ‘black’ corridor, which was probably for servants.
This room has no amenities, so guests use the bathroom across the hall. Don’t let this frighten you—this bathroom is only for you and guests from the next room, Ida. We did not dare to make changes to the historical layout of the Terem, so it was impossible to make bathrooms in these rooms. But then, besides a shower and everything else, this bathroom even has a working fireplace!
